Tween Wisdom Journey
The Tween Wisdom Journey is for young girls ages 9-14 who are approaching menarche.
This can be a confusing and intense time as our bodies and awareness changes. What does it mean to be a woman? How do we begin the adventure through to full blossoming?
This course takes the participant through a journey of body, mind and spirit, builds the emotional toolbox, and increases self-awareness and inner connection and confidence.
