I created this workshop as I’ve sat with many, many hundreds of women who are on their fertility journey and who are carrying confusion, doubt, grief and quiet despair, not knowing what to do next. I wanted to offer a space where women could connect to their body’s wisdom, and their intuitive knowing to guide them on their journey.

It is always such a joy to receive texts and emails of women sharing the news of their pregnancies and newborn babies!

Tending to Your Body’s Innate Wisdom

Within this workshop you will:

• Learn to be more connected and in tune with your body
• Explore how past experiences may still be impacting you and your body
• Uncover any limiting beliefs and attitudes that affect your ability to receive
• Learn to create a womb space that is lush, healthy and receptive
• Identify and gently release any physical, psychological and spiritual blocks
