Together, we’ll gently uncover any physical or emotional blocks that might be holding you back, lovingly explore the strength and wisdom of your maternal line. We will deepen your connection to your body, and learn ways to clear pathways to welcome new life.

This workshop offers a sacred space to connect deeply with your own body’s innate wisdom and the opportunity to connect with other women on a similar journey.

You’ll receive gentle yet powerful tools and techniques that nurture your fertility on every level – physical, mental, and emotional – through insightful teachings, guided processes and meditations, personal reflection, and supportive group sharing.

Tending to Your Body’s Innate Wisdom

Within this workshop you will:

• Discover a deeper connection and intuitive understanding of your body’s wisdom
• Gently explore how past experiences may be subtly influencing your body and your journey
• Lovingly uncover any limiting beliefs or attitudes that may be holding you back from fully receiving
• Cultivate a nurturing and receptive inner ‘womb space’ – a sanctuary for potential
• Gain insights into identifying and gently releasing any physical, emotional, or energetic blocks to your fertility

When:  Thursdays July 10th, 17th and 24th
               
              3 x 1.5 hrs (4.5hrs of direct teaching)
