When the giving and receiving currents of our heart are in coherence, we feel aligned, energised, powerful, joyful, magnetic, unapologetic, and deeply aware of our sovereign energy.
We find ourselves in direct flow with the Universe within this natural state.
When our heart currents fall out of balance, we feel exhausted, joyless, and resentful. Irritation rises. We experience powerlessness and mental overwhelm. This imbalance ripples into our relationships—we may find ourselves overextending our love, feeling unseen or undervalued, abandoned, or chasing love.

GIVING ~ WEEK 1
What is the health of your giving channel?
The way we give is often learned from our parents, society, and environment. Sometimes we learn to give with expectation, with strings attached, from obligation or the need for approval—disconnected from our truth. Yet when we give from the heart, we feel aligned, expansive, energised.
Through guided meditation, somatic inquiry and reflective practices, each participant will be guided to return to their sovereignty and body’s wisdom, gently tending to any imbalance within their giving channel.

RECEIVING ~ WEEK 2
How comfortable are you with receiving?
Our capacity to receive determines how much flow can reach us. Have you ever felt frustrated when things aren’t coming to you—opportunities, love, relationships, abundance, support? What if the channel simply needs tending? What if there’s a gentle invitation to open the channel wider?
Through guided meditation, gentle inquiry, and intuitive exploration, each participant will be guided to soften any blocks and tend to disharmony within their receiving channel.

KINTSUGI ~ The Golden Join ~ WEEK 3
Integration—bringing giving and receiving into sacred balance through accessing soul-level wisdom.
What is the wisdom that your soul has been longing to remember?
Through embodiment and multidimensional exploration, we travel beyond the surface to tend to the channels of giving and receiving at their deepest roots.
This is where we move beyond balancing—we move into alchemy. We access the wisdom held across incarnations, transmute old patterns inscribed in our energetic field, and integrate the gifts of our multidimensional selves. We explore receiving not just from others, but from the Divine, the sacred, the infinite source of abundant energy.
Through loving acceptance and alchemical practice, we honour all we have been and all we are becoming. We retrieve the gold.

Meet Your Facilitators Julia & Meredith
Julia and Meredith share a deep reverence for the path of the heart and the wisdom of the Divine Feminine. Guided by the art of deep listening and an embodied way of being, they have each walked their own inner journey — and it is from this lived, felt experience that they hold space for others.
Together, through Heart Atelier, they offer a soft transmission — passed from heart to heart. Whether you are drawn to the gentle tidal rhythms of Heart Resonance or the unfolding depths of Unveiling the Inner Current, Julia and Meredith will tenderly guide you inward, creating a nourishing container for your own heart’s expansion.
Their shared passion lies in supporting men and women to cultivate a deep relationship with their Sacred Feminine, intuitive wisdom and Higher Self — moving through the world with greater radiance, sovereignty and flow.
